A Disney Holiday Classic: Christmas Mickey Pretzel Bites

How to Make Christmas Mickey Pretzel Bites

To make these Mickey Mouse pretzel bites you will need some square pretzels and some white chocolate candy melts. You will also need regular sized red and green M&M’s and miniature red and green M&M’s.

You can buy the holiday M&M’s or let the kids have a little bit of fun sorting them for you from the regular bag. 

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and prepare a parchment lined baking sheet. Put your square pretzels on the baking sheet in rows, and place a white chocolate candy melt on top of each one. Put the pretzels in the oven for 4 to 5 minutes until they just begin to melt. 

When you pull the tray out of the oven, immediately press a full size red or green M&M with the M side down onto the candy melt.

Then add two miniature M&M’s to the sides of the large M&M to make Mickey’s ears. Set your baking tray with the Mickey pretzels in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes so that the chocolate can harden and your M&M’s don’t fall off.

Store your Christmas Mickey pretzel bites in an airtight container at room temperature. You can make these Mickey Christmas pretzel bites several days in advance of when you plan to serve them as long as you keep them in an airtight container.
