Christmas Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls

Looking for a surprise breakfast treat or maybe even a special snack for the Disney fan in your house? These Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls are so easy to make and absolutely adorable too. You almost won’t want to eat them, but your family will love them because they are so cute and delicious!

We don’t always have time to make breakfast feel more special, but these easy Mickey Mouse Cinnamon rolls don’t take long to make, and the few extra minutes preparing breakfast will be sure to bring a big smile to the faces of those you are serving it to. If you are really pressed for time in the mornings, you could pre-assemble these Mickey cinnamon rolls then the night before on a parchment lined baking sheet. Then just cover them with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator overnight.

Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls

All you need to make these Mickey Cinnamon Rolls is a can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing included) and some Mickey or Christmas sprinkles. Can it get any easier than that? Here’s how you can transform your canned cinnamon roll dough into a Mickey Cinnamon Roll treat.

Christmas Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls by The Everyday Mouse

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • Icing or cream cheese glaze (included in the cinnamon rolls)
  • Disney sprinkles and/or Christmas sprinkles

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to the specified temperature on your can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and place the rolls on the baking sheet spread apart. Remove the icing from the can.
  3. Unroll one of the cinnamon rolls completely and cut the dough in half. Now re-roll each half into two mini cinnamon rolls.
  4. Place the two mini cinnamon rolls at the top of one of the full-size cinnamon rolls, pressing them close together to form a Mickey Mouse head. You want the ears to be attached to the larger roll once baked.
  5. Repeat this process until all of the remaining cinnamon rolls have ears. Bake according to package directions.
  6. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and immediately drizzle them with the icing, and sprinkle with sprinkles.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

How to Store Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls

If you have any leftover cinnamon rolls, be sure to store them in an airtight container. They should last for about 4-5 days at room temperature, or can be frozen for 2-3 months.
