  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mixing bowl on 50% for 10-15 seconds at a time, stirring between sets.
  2. Add green food coloring to the melted chocolate.
  3. Spread your popped popcorn out on a lined cookie sheet.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate evenly over the popcorn.
  5. Mix with a spatula or with your hands, carefully so you don’t crush the popcorn.
  6. Add candy eyeballs to the top, while the popcorn is still warm.
  7. Let cool & enjoy!
